Our History

Saigon Noodle began with a simple dream — to bring the heartwarming flavors of Vietnam to the people of Sydney. Founded by a family who grew up surrounded by the bustling food stalls of Saigon, our story started with a passion for sharing authentic Vietnamese comfort food made with love and tradition.

In the early days, we focused on what we knew best — a perfect bowl of pho. Slowly simmered for hours, filled with fresh herbs, tender meat, and a deeply flavorful broth, our pho became a favorite among locals. Word spread quickly, and what started as a small eatery soon turned into a beloved spot for anyone craving a true taste of Vietnam.
